These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZhaCommerce MCloud, a service provided by Codingrim Technology Solutions Private Limited under the brand ZhaCommerce. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve our services. You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Subscription & Billing

ZhaCommerce MCloud is a subscription-based service available under the following plans:

• Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days. Ideal for flexibility and short-term usage.
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually at a discounted rate. Ideal for long-term users.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Billing Information: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file according to the plan you’ve selected. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, and service content are the intellectual property of Inaiyavayal Agro Farm Industries or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu.
